College Student Volunteer Program graphic

We are currently accepting applications for the 2019 Student Volunteer Program. Space is limited, so apply today! Please contact (949) 635-1814 or volunteer@cityofrsm.org with any questions.

Volunteer during your summer break and join City of Rancho Santa Margarita staff for this six-week program. This non-paid volunteer program introduces college students and recent grads to City functions. Students will pair up with a different City Department each week and receive an overview of that City function.  Student Volunteers will be assigned duties throughout the program to familiarize them with various professions. The casual working environment provides student volunteers with an opportunity to explore careers in local government. At the end of the program students should have a better understanding of the exciting functions and roles that exist in city government.
