A man who slashed tires of over 20 vehicles in Rancho Santa Margarita over five-months was sentenced Thursday to two years in jail.
My Ngoc Tien Nguyen, 38, of Tustin was convicted Jan. 25 of a felony count and two misdemeanor vandalism counts.
