The City of Rancho Santa Margarita invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide on-call planning consulting services.
To be considered responsive, qualified Proposers must submit a written proposal in accordance with the requirements, specifications, conditions, and provisions as described and set forth herein. Proposals must embrace a concept that the successful Proposer will satisfy all of the objectives and work requirements specified in the Request for Proposal Scope of Work.
PROPOSALS ARE DUE BEFORE: 4:00 P.M. ON MARCH 22, 2018
After the proposal due date, evaluation will commence. If necessary, the City may require Proposers found to be the most qualified based on demonstrated competence and responsive/responsible to interview with City staff. Selection of a qualified firm for the requested professional services shall be made on the basis of demonstrated competence and on the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required, and shall not be awarded solely on the basis of cost.
