From his drafting board in the 1980s until his passing in August 2023, Mr. Reese was a keystone in designing Rancho Santa Margarita. The vibrant parks, winding trails, and glimmering Lago Santa Margarita bear the fingerprints of his urban design skill, but Mr. Reese's kindness, optimism, and humor brightened the lives of all he met.
