Motorists traveling westbound who wish to turn left at Alicia Parkway must enter the left or number one, lane which will divert you onto the eastbound bridge.
Vehicles in the right lane(s), (or numbers 2 & 3) will enter the westbound bridge, and cannot turn left at Alicia Parkway.
