Sponsored by Memorial Care Medical Group and Saddleback Memorial, the City of Rancho Santa Margarita is hosting a Health and Wellness Expo on Thursday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center, 22232 El Paseo.
The event is free and is designed to promote healthy lifestyles for people of all ages, and provide the public with information about local resources available to enhance their health and quality of life. The event will feature a variety of free health screenings along with vendors specializing in fitness, nutrition, mental health, therapeutic massage, financial health and more. Giveaways will be distributed while supplies last.
