  3. City Hall is 1 block down on the left side. Parking is available in the rear of the building.

 The Planning Counter is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
Building Counter
 The Planning Counter is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
Bell Tower Regional Community Center
 The Bell Tower Regional Community Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
