Professional Experience
Tony is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in California for 25 years. As a real estate transactional attorney, he has developed an in-depth knowledge and special expertise in legal matters relating to public and private financing, as well as the real estate development and land-use planning process. Tony is an attorney with the international law firm of Troutman Peppper Hamilton Sanders LLP and has practiced law in some of the largest and most sophisticated private law firms in the State of California. He has also served as Chief Counsel for one of the largest providers of multifamily financing throughout the United States.

Personal Life
Tony is an Orange County native. He was born in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange on January 24, 1961 and grew up in Santa Ana. The Beall family has lived in Rancho Santa Margarita for over 30 years. Tony has been married to his wife Jennifer for 34 years. They have 4 children: Andrew, Amanda, Anthony, and Alex.
