The next National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is Saturday, April 30th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot of Rancho Santa Margarita City Hall and locations nationwide.

The next National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is Saturday, April 30th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot of Rancho Santa Margarita City Hall and locations nationwide. Safely and anonymously dispose of unused medications to keep them out of the wrong hands!

This event, which happens twice a year, is a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription drugs.

744,082 lbs. (372 tons) of medication were collected during October 2021 Take Back Day, bringing the total amount of prescription drugs collected by DEA since the fall of 2010 to more than 15.2 million lbs.
