PATRIOT DAY REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY – SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2021, AT 8:30 A.M., RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA CIVIC CENTER PLAZA

The City is hosting its annual Patriot Day ceremony on Saturday, September 11, 2021. The event is open to the public. This year's ceremony commemorates the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. It will honor those who lost their lives on that fateful day and pay tribute to those who rose to service in response to the tragedy.

The ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m. outside in Central Park near the City’s flag poles.  We will honor our military, first responders, remember those we have lost from our City and from the City’s Adopted 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines. We encourage all those in attendance to wear the colors of our great nation’s flag and bring a lawn chair as seating is limited.
