[ARCHIVED] Provide feedback on OC Bus, chance to win $100

OCTA Bus Survey 03022021

Help OCTA improve OC Bus service by filling out a questionnaire about current and future OC Bus Service. Participants will be entered for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.

The Orange County Transportation Authority is seeking input from riders and members of the public to adjust OC Bus service during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Currently, the service is running at approximately 70% of what it was prior to the pandemic.

OCTA is seeking public input to guide what changes to make to bus service in June and beyond.

An online survey is available to the general public and will be live through March 26th. In addition, the public can take the survey and leave comments via a hotline available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Further participation opportunities include a series of virtual meetings conducted via Zoom, mail-in comments, or commenting as part of the June Service Change Public Hearing.
