[ARCHIVED] Small Businesses and Nonprofits can Apply for CA COVID-19 Relief Grants

Round 2 of the CA Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program applications opened February 2, 2021. The deadline to apply is 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8. Businesses and eligible non-profit organizations may qualify for grants between $5,000-$25,000.

SMALL BUSINESSES & NONPROFITS CAN APPLY FEB. 2 - 8 FOR CA COVID-19 RELIEF GRANTS

Round 2 of the CA Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program applications opened February 2, 2021, and closes Monday, February 8, 2021, 6:00 PM. Businesses and eligible non-profit organizations may qualify for grants between $5,000-$25,000 based on their eligible annual revenue. Selection notifications will be sent out from February 11- February 18.

On November 30, 2020, Governor Newsom and the State Legislature announced the allocation of $500 million to the Program to be administered by the California Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA) at the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development. 

Lendistry is the technology partner that manages the portal and is designated by the state to act as the intermediary for the Program to disburse the grant funds. Applicants will receive notifications from Lendistry on the status of their application and requests for business information and supporting documents, including their business bank account information.
