2020 Election and Voting Information

GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION - NOVEMBER 3, 2020

A General Municipal Election will be held in the City of Rancho Santa Margarita on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, for two Members of the City Council for Full Terms of Four (4) Years each in conjunction with the November 2020 Presidential General Election. 

Official OC Registrar Ballot Drop Box Locations

Open 24 hours from October 5th to November 3rd until 8:00 p.m.:

Calvary Chapel Rancho Santa Margarita, 30615 Avenida de Las Flores - Corner of Banderas (walk-up) 

Rancho Santa Margarita Branch Library, 30902 La Promesa - Corner of Richard Reese Way 

Rancho Santa Margarita Vote Centers

Open October 30th - November 2nd, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and November 3rd, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.

The last day to register to vote in order to receive a vote-by-mail ballot is October 19, 2020.
