City of Rancho Santa Margarita Housing and Community Needs Survey graphic

The City needs your help and input by filling out a survey that should take no more than five minutes of your time. The survey will be open from Monday, December 9th, 2019, to January 17, 2020.

The City of Rancho Santa Margarita is eligible to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD funding is used to provide services and improvements which serve low- and moderate-income persons. To receive CDBG funds, the City is required to prepare a strategic plan that identifies priority housing and community needs primarily for the City's low and moderate-income residents. The City is currently seeking input to help prioritize the type of programs for which the funding may be used during the next five years.
