To keep the City streets clean and increase the effectiveness of street sweeping operations, the City of Rancho Santa Margarita is implementing NO PARKING DURING STREET SWEEPING restrictions in fourteen (14) target areas throughout the City.
Implementation Schedule:
April 9-15, 2019 - Signs installed on affected streets
April 16, 2019 – Parking restrictions go into effect
April 16-June 16, 2019 –Warnings will be issued to cars parked during posted hours
June 17, 2019 – Full implementation begins; citations will be issued to cars parked during posted hours
No parking during street sweeping restrictions
apply ONLY on streets with fixed signage indicating the days and times parking is restricted.

A: Parking Restrictions will begin the week of April 15, 2019. Implementation will include a 60-day grace period during which cars parked during the restricted hours will receive a warning. Parking citations with a fine will be issued beginning on Monday, June 17, 2019.
