At its regular meeting of January 2, 2019, the Rancho Santa Margarita Planning Commission welcomed Blaine J. Nelson and Kristen Camuglia to the dias. They join John Christopoulos, Jim Eakin, and Mark McQuaid to perform commission duties in 2019. The Planning Commission consists of five members appointed by a majority vote of the City Council.
