[ARCHIVED] Santiago Canyon Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project begins Monday, May 21st

Starting next Monday (5/21), crews will be repairing the pavement on sections of Santiago Canyon Road requiring lane closures and traffic stops.

Commuters traveling Santiago Canyon Road will encounter construction, lane closures, and traffic stops starting Monday, May 21, as part of the Santiago Canyon Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project.

Crews will be repairing the pavement on sections of Santiago Canyon Road requiring lane closures and traffic stops. OC Public Works limited the work hours to 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to minimize impacts during peak traffic hours.

Santiago Canyon Road is heavily used by both local residents and regional commuters. Construction and related traffic delays can be frustrating – OC Public Works appreciates your patience as they complete repairs to extend the life of the roadway.
