Pet care clinics are held every first Wednesday monthly on an appointment-only basis. Clinics are hosted by the City of Rancho Santa Margarita at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center.

Complimentary Kitchen Bins Available for RSM Residents

The City has a limited number of complementary small kitchen bins available for pickup at City Hall during regular business hours. The pails are designed to assist residents to minimize landfill waste and are funded by a grant from CalRecycle.
