Business Parks Map
Rancho Santa Margarita has over 250 acres of developed light industrial uses comprised of approximately 3.8 million square feet of light industrial building area. The City has over 4 miles of north and southbound frontage along the 241 Toll Road with an average daily trip of 43,000 vehicles. Most of the the City's Business Park centers are located along Santa Margarita Parkway and Antonio Parkway, 2 of the City's major arterial streets, which have approximately 82,000 daily vehicle trips.
