Resolving Claims

The City Clerk's Office is responsible for the receipt and resolution of liability claims filed against the City.

Submitting a Claim

A claim form can be obtained in the following ways:

• In person at City Hall at the City Clerk's Office
• By phone through contacting the City Clerk at 949-635-1806
• By email by sending the request to the City Clerk at adiaz@cityofrsm.org 
• By downloading the Claim for Damages Form (PDF) and mailing to City Hall at:
