L. ANTHONY ("TONY") BEALL

Council Member

The Beall family has lived in Rancho Santa Margarita for 17 years.

Tony has been married to his wife Jennifer for 18 years. They have four children:  Andrew, Amanda, Anthony and Alex.

Professional Experience:

Tony is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in California for the past nineteen years.  As a real estate transactional attorney, he has developed an in depth knowledge and special expertise in legal matters relating to public and private financing, as well as the real estate development and land-use planning process.  Tony practiced law in two of the largest and most sophisticated private law firms in the State of California.  He has also served as Chief Counsel for Berkshire Mortgage Finance – Fannie Mae’s number largest providers of multifamily financing throughout the United States.

Personal:

Tony is an Orange County native.  He was born in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange on January 24, 1961 and grew up in Santa Ana.

Tony’s personal interests include:

  • Deep-sea fishing and boating
