Rancho Santa Margarita Police Services provides a variety of programs that are available to the community. These programs include Neighborhood Watch, Community Emergency Preparedness Academy and Vacation Home Checks. 2. What is the Neighborhood Watch Program?

The Neighborhood Watch Program enlists the active participation of citizens in cooperation with law enforcement to reduce crime in their communities. Residents will be trained to recognize and report suspicious activities in their neighborhoods and learn crime prevention techniques.
