The City's Risk Management program is designed to protect City resources by minimizing risks and stabilizing insurance costs in a cost effective manner that preserves assets and protects against random/accident loss. We are responsible for safety programs and contract insurance review, accident reporting and oversight of city’s claims administration and safety committee.  The City's claim form may be accessed electronically by clicking on the following link: Claim for Damages Form.
