Professional Experience
Mike Vaughn is an attorney and has been practicing law in Orange County, California since 1987. As a business and corporate transactional attorney, he has supported some of Orange County’s leading companies in their corporate strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and bank financing arrangements.

He established VMDPro, Inc. as a corporate law boutique firm, and practices in an "Of Counsel" role with Stuart Kane LLP in Newport Beach. His corporate law practice is focused on supporting small and medium-sized businesses in their business and corporate transactions.

From 2008 to December 2013, Mike served as Vice President and General Counsel of Applied Medical, a manufacturer of medical devices and Rancho Santa Margarita’s largest employer. From 2000 to 2008, he served in the same role for Quest Software, Inc., then a publicly-traded software company. Before going "in-house", Mike was a shareholder of Stradling Yocca Carlson and Rauth in Newport Beach, California.
